An Identity Document (Stateless Document or Aliens Passport) is an item issued by Insitute National Migration, it is issued to anyone who are Permanent Residents of ToadVille Bay who have no other citizenship (Stateless). This is to help such people to travel to other countries in the ToadVille Bay world and certain roleplay Discord Servers. It also issued as soon as someone is found to be stateless.

• Must be stateless. (If you become stateless after having Permanent Residency, please replace your PR Card)
• Your PR Card must have "STLS" as the nationality, original country of birth doesnt matter however, if you are stateless for being born at sea, air, or unknown, then it should list one of those
• Must turn in your expired docuemnt if you have one (issued the same day after Stateless claims are accepted)
• Must pay at least TB$100 for the second time.
• This document last for 1 year.

To claim statelessness, you must declare it when entering ToadVille Bay, or must notify INM when you become stateless after being in ToadVille Bay. Benefits for such document is you become a Permanent Resident if you haven't became one, you can obtain ToadVille Citizenship within 6 Months after having this document.

• Some countries in the ToadVille Bay Universe do, not all.
• In a roleplay Discord Server, it was noted that "Great Union of Tajan" accepts it, in the ToadVille Bay Mapping Discord, most do accept such document.
