About Arrests and Deportations
When a foriegn national commits a crime, they are arrested like everyone else, depending on the crime, they may be subjected to deportations. Being deported from ToadVille Bay can have a major impact on return. There are multipe types of deportations that can be used. One a deportation is enacted, the person is given a document with details on the deportation
Types of Deportations
- Depature: Must leave ToadVille Bay within 30 Days, with return at any time if requirements are met. (Reserved for minor crimes or overstays, depends on the legnth of overstays)
- Exclusion: Must leave ToadVille Bay within 15 Days, with a bar for 1-5 Years
- Expulsion (Expelled): Must leave ToadVille Bay within 5 Days, with a permanent bar from returing unless waived
- Permanent Exclusion: Must leave ToadVille Bay within 5 Days, with a permanent bar with no waiver.
What if I can't leave within the time frame?.
Notify TDNS about this, then have them settle a depature date.
What if I do not leave by the time?
- Depending on the order you got, it'll be turned into an Explusion Order.
- If you are being deported due to an overstay, your order will be turned into an Exlcusion, which can be upgraded to an Expulsion, then to a Permanent Exclusion if someone has not departed..
- A nation-wide arrest warrant will be issued.
- If you were not made aware of your deportation order, please notify TBDNS.
Note: Appealing an order must be done after depature..
